What is Online Reputation Management?  

Online Reputation Management is the process where your clients and customers leave positive (or negative) reviews on Local Directories like Yelp, SuperPages, MerchantCircle, Kudzu, Google Maps and many others.

When prospects type in keywords to find your business then these reviews will show up in the search results as “Star Ratings” (1-5 Stars). 

Since you can not erase negative reviews you need to be proactively gathering positive reviews from your clients and have them posted either by your clients or by a specialized service provider like Bushido Marketing. 

The best way to gather positive reviews is by asking your clients for feedback about their experience with your business before they leave and have them fill out a brief questionnaire. 

Then you need to hire a company like ours to post these positive reviews, because you (or your employees can NOT post them) yourself since the Search Engines and Local Directories monitor the IP address of the submitter and erase reviews that were submitted from the same IP address.
